Please complete the Press Release Request form if you need publicity for an activity or event. We want your newsworthy event to get the coverage it deserves!


You should provide complete information two weeks before you want the article printed to ensure adequate time for the production and approval process. This allows us to work your job in with others and still provide your information to the media in a timely fashion. Media outlets require releases of upcoming events several days in advance, and some local newspapers only publish a weekly paper.


Though our Marketing Services can control what leaves the office, we cannot guarantee how, when, or if the materials will appear in print or be aired by the broadcast media.
